Each individual may create only one account on bdgams. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed.

If information provided at the time of account registration is found to be false, bdgams reserves the right to suspend or close the account at any time. bdgams may request valid identity documents or other records from a user at any time for identity verification.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Terms

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳500
  • Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
  • Deposits are credited to the account immediately.
  • Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Withdrawal Terms

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
  • Standard processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours
  • Withdrawals are made to registered payment accounts only.
  • Withdrawals are processed once identity verification is complete.

Please note: Withdrawing before completing the wagering requirements of an active bonus may result in the bonus balance being cancelled. Please check your bonus status before withdrawing.

bdgams is always vigilant in preventing money laundering. Additional verification procedures may apply for unusual transactions, and withdrawals may be temporarily suspended.

Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus Terms

  • 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳20,000.
  • Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
  • Wagering requirement: you must place bets worth 20 times the bonus amount.
  • The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
  • Wagering must be completed within the specified time from the date the bonus is received.

VIP Cashback Program

  • Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
  • Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
  • Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
  • Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
  • Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Each promotion may have its own specific terms, which will be detailed on the promotion page. Attempting to claim bonuses through abuse or fraudulent means will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account may be closed.

Warning: Claiming the welcome bonus from multiple accounts belonging to the same household or from the same IP address is prohibited. In such cases bdgams reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on the bdgams platform are governed by the following general rules:

General Gaming Rules

  • Once a bet or game has started, it cannot be cancelled (except where applicable).
  • bdgams reserves the right to cancel any unintentional transaction caused by a system error.
  • In case of a dispute over a game result, the server log will be considered final evidence.
  • bdgams will not be liable for any loss caused by an internet connection failure.
  • bdgams reserves the right to cancel bets in cases of suspicious betting patterns.

Sports Betting Special Rules

  • All pre-match bets must be confirmed before the match begins.
  • If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to bdgams's established rules.
  • Results for cricket, football, and other sports will be confirmed from internationally recognised sources.
  • Odds may change during live betting.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdgams platform:

  2. Providing false or incomplete personal information.
  3. Intentionally exploiting technical errors or bugs on the platform.
  4. Abusing bonuses or using bonus-hunting strategies.

  7. Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial transaction.
  8. Harassing, threatening, or insulting other users.
  9. Making deposits using a third-party credit card or payment account.
  10. Participating in match or game fixing or any other unethical activity.

If any such prohibited activity is detected, bdgams reserves the right to close the account without prior notice and forfeit the associated balance.

Account Closure and Suspension

At the User's Request

Any user may request to close their account on their own. In this case, the opportunity to fully withdraw any remaining balance will be provided.

Closure by bdgams

bdgams may suspend or close any account due to rule violations, fraudulent activity, or legal reasons. In such cases, all bonuses may be forfeited.

After your account is closed, your personal information will be retained for a defined period in accordance with our policy and applicable legal requirements.
